Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing InnerWhispers for your mental health and wellbeing support. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are handled for all appointments and services, including therapy, counselling, and consultation sessions.


By booking a session, you agree to the terms stated below. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our policies.

Please review this policy carefully before booking any service.

1. General Refund Policy

All sessions (consultation, therapy, counselling) require full online payment at the time of booking. A refund is provided only when cancelled more than 12 hours before the scheduled session time.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • You cancel your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
  • The cancellation request is sent via our website, WhatsApp, or email.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

3.1 Cancellation Within 12 Hours

If you cancel within 12 hours of your session, the payment is non-refundable.

3.2 No-Show

If you fail to attend the session without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3.3 Late Arrival

If you join late, the session will end at the scheduled time and no refund or extension will be provided.

3.4 Poor Internet Connection (Online Sessions)

If the session cannot be completed due to network issues on the user's side, no refund will be given.

3.5 Incorrect Booking Details

Payments are non-refundable if wrong dates, times, or personal details are entered during booking.

4. Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Rescheduling Allowed Before 12 Hours

You may reschedule your session only if more than 12 hours remain before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to therapist/doctor availability.

4.2 Rescheduling Within 12 Hours

If less than 12 hours remain, rescheduling is not allowed and the payment is non-refundable.

5. Offline Session Policy

Offline consultations are available at:

Timings: Mon–Fri | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Offline sessions follow the same refund and rescheduling rules as online sessions.

6. Payment Gateway Issues

If payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account:

  • The amount is usually automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway.
  • InnerWhispers is not responsible for delays caused by payment partners.
  • If the issue persists beyond 3–5 working days, please contact us with your transaction ID.

7. Event, Workshop & Program Refunds

For student wellbeing programs, events, workshops, or collaborations:

  • Payments made for group events are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • In case the event is cancelled from our side, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

8. Cancellation by InnerWhispers

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in case of emergencies, technical issues, or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, you will receive:

  • A reschedule option or
  • A full refund (if cancellation is from our side)

10. Changes to the Refund Policy

InnerWhispers may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest terms.
