Experts · Peer Support
Our peer supporters are trained listeners with their own lived experience of mental health challenges. They offer a warm, judgement-free space to talk, alongside professional care.
Sometimes it helps to hear "me too."
What peer support is
Peer supporters have lived through their own mental health challenges and are trained to listen well. They can't diagnose or treat, but they can help you feel less alone, find words for what you're going through, and take the next step when you're ready.
Talk openly, at your pace, without being judged or rushed.
Hear what helped someone who has faced something similar.
Everyday ways to manage stress, low days and big changes.
If you'd like professional care, they can help you find the right person.
How it's different
