01 · About NAU

Now, As You Are

A community that listens. A movement that cares.

NAU (Now As You Are) is more than an initiative. It is a movement built on the belief that every person, whatever their age or background, deserves a space where they feel seen, heard and accepted without condition.

We bring together people from all walks of life around one shared commitment: emotional well-being for everyone. Through campus chapters, community events, peer support and open dialogue, NAU creates spaces where real conversations happen and real change begins.

We don't offer therapy. We offer something equally powerful: community, connection, and the courage to start the conversation.

“NAU was built for the vast middle ground: people who are not in crisis, but quietly struggling. Whatever your age, whatever your story, you are not alone here.”

What Drives Us, Every Single Day

A stigma-free well-being community for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Our Mission

To bridge the gap between mental health awareness and real-life emotional well-being, by building a community-driven platform that fosters connection, encourages open dialogue and offers accessible peer support for people of all ages and walks of life.

Our Vision

A world where no one struggles in silence. Where mental health is spoken about openly, supported collectively, and treated with the same urgency and care as physical health.

A future where everyone, regardless of age, background or circumstance, has a place to belong.

Our Promise

To every member, every family, every partner: NAU promises a space where you are valued, heard and never judged. We act with integrity, empathy and transparency in everything we do.

Because you are enough, exactly as you are.
