Healthy minds learn better.
Why it matters
Exams, entrance tests, career choices, living away from home and the pull of social media can weigh heavily. Many students struggle quietly because they don't know it's okay to ask for help, or where to go.
A wellbeing program gives students the words, the skills and a clear path to support, and helps staff feel confident responding.
Our programs
Start with one session or build a full-year plan. Every program is adapted to your students' age, setting and language.

How it works
We take care of the planning and delivery. You choose the dates.
Start a ConversationShare your institution, the number of students and what you have noticed. A short call is enough.
We suggest the right mix of sessions, timing and format, and send you a clear proposal.
On campus, online or both, in English and other languages where possible. [Confirm languages offered.]
Students get a way to reach us afterwards. You get an anonymous summary of attendance and feedback.
Privacy and safeguarding
Trust is what makes these programs work, so privacy is built in from the start.
No student is made to take part in a screening or share anything they do not want to.
Individual answers and session notes are never shared with the institution without the student's consent.
You receive only grouped, anonymous figures, such as attendance and how helpful students found a session.
If a student is at risk, our professionals follow a clear safety protocol, agreed with you before the program starts.
For school students, we follow your consent process and involve parents or guardians where required.
Read our Privacy Policy and Consent for Treatment. In a crisis, call Tele-MANAS (free, 24/7) at 14416.
For students
You don't need your college to sign up. Any student can reach us directly, privately and without a referral.
